These stories are encouraging, inspiring, and a model for finding your own purpose in this world.
About the Author:
“Dare to be Authentic Vol 6: Finding Your Purpose is my first book project. I’m honored to have been invited to co-author this inspiring collection of eight stories. I’m a health and mindset coach, a mountain bike skills instructor, a vinyl record collector, a naturalist, a devoted friend, a committed spouse, a health foodie, and a purveyor of knowledge. I grew up in WNY, earned a forestry degree in the Adirondacks, and lived in Colorado for a decade before returning to my roots, my family, and this wonderful community. I currently live in Jamestown with my spouse Julie Drake.
“I help clients transform their lives, their health, and their mindset in profound and unforeseen ways. Providing unique and unconventional perspectives helps them see their challenges through a different lens so they can replace old habits that don’t serve them with new habits that foster happiness and gratitude. I help them dissolve their limiting beliefs and untrue lessons learned from society, minimize their stress, transform their mindset, and become the amazing individuals they were meant to be. My priceless reward is seeing clients discover what’s been holding them back so they can feel the relief of not being ‘stuck in a rut’ any more.
“My happiness is found in the joy of exploring nature’s beauty on my mountain bike or kayak, connecting with friends and family as we laugh ourselves to tears, and embracing the serenity of quiet time with the love of my life. I’ve learned the value of the simple things in life.”
