Circus Arts Instructional Workshop with Benjamin Berry

Performer Benjamin Berry will be offering a hands-on instructional circus program, including:

• A full body-brain warm-up using the BrainDance Method
• Skill building with accessible circus props including juggling props, poi, and spinning plates
• Creative group activities that promote social emotional learning
• Benjamin will educate participants on the wellness benefits of circus arts and share free resources for continued online practice
• Benjamin will end the workshop with a single circus performance to showcase the power of consistent practice!
